Caja Rural are one of the strongest outfits at the Spanish La Vuelta even though they have been in the professional scene only since 2010. Team manager Eugenio Goikoetxea has already guided the team to five stage victories in 2016. Even though the team has primarily dominated mountainous stages, they are a good bet for the 2016 Tour of Britain which less tough than the 2015 edition.
