Founded in 1982, Bardiani CSF have been a successful outfit for several years. The team has been under the management of Bruno Reverberi since its inception. Following an extremely successful 2014, the team had only limited success in 2015. Their fortunes, seem to have reversed in 2016 with a stage victory at Giro d'Italia. Simone Velasco is the youngest rider at 20 years of age while Stefano Pirazzi is the oldest at 29.
